I'm sure it was the shipping company but it could have been prevented by better packaging. One whole corner of my sign was bent right over and trampled on. I'm afraid to bend it back because I know it might snap off in the paint is already cracked. I wish I could post a picture of it. I was going to try to send it back but it took long enough to get it. Super sad about this.
No damage. Really like the designs I picked and the metal is of a good quality and weight. No problems noted at all.
I really love the sign. But was expecting the house numbers to be a bit larger than they are. They will be hard to see from the street.
Workmanship was beautiful. Wonderful detail of the dogs. Koolezt took the time to verify my request and send a picture of the artwork before the piece was started. It arrived on schedule and was a great Christmas gift.
I bought the farm one for my son and daughter-in-law for Christmas, it has a chicken, dog and cat on it, it was fantastic!
