It's not super thick. It is bendable and possibly a little thinner than sheet metal. I wouldn't have a problem buying it or giving it as a gift. It looks very good.

I love my Heeler address plaque. I’ve gotten several compliments and multiple requests for the name of the company I ordered from. The size is perfect, it was easy to place on the house and it looks exactly like the picture online.
