Cancellation Policy

Cancel within 24 hours

You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped.

How to cancel

Email support@koolezt.com with your order number and the word “cancel” in the subject line. We will confirm the cancellation and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

After 24 hours / after shipment

Once your order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, please use our Return & Exchange Policy once the item arrives.

Partial cancellations

To cancel part of an order, contact us within 24 hours and tell us which items to remove. We will refund those items and ship the rest.

Orders cancelled by us

If we cannot fulfill your order (for example, the item is out of stock or we cannot ship to your location), we will cancel it and issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
