We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2 – 5 business days of ordering and shipped the day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

Most orders are dispatched within 7-14 working days of ordering with the exception of orders made on weekends (Friday-Sunday), orders made over the weekend period will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday).

An email confirmation will be sent to the email address given on your order once the order has been dispatched. 

As we ship from our global warehouses, orders may arrive anytime from 1-4 weeks* from the day of dispatch to reach you depending on where you are in the world. We advise you not to order if these times are not acceptable. If you have a tracking number sent to your email you can track your products to see the status or simply email us on support@koolezt.com and we can tell you the status of your order.

Items that mention free shipping are based on you purchasing 1 item. If you add multiple items to your basket you will be charged shipping due to the combined weight of your items.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there is some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

DELIVERY DELAYS

REFUSE DELIVERY

Please note, should an order shipped to you be returned to us due to either being refused, unclaimed, or because of an incorrect shipping address you had given us, you will be responsible for the 2-way shipping cost of the order and a 15% restocking fee.

MISSING

We are not directly responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will be happy to help you file a claim with the shipping company. You must contact us immediately if the shipment was not received within 48 hours of the delivery date shown by the shipping service. All requests must be made within 15 days of the shipment date for any possibility of a claim.

If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered, but you have not received it, please check around your neighborhood if another home received it by mistake.

The delivery vehicle has GPS that sometimes automatically updates a shipment as "delivered" prematurely. Wait another business day because the package was most likely marked as delivered accidentally and will arrive the following day.

If the parcel does not show up (on an infrequent occasion), please call the shipping carrier and file a claim. You can call the UPS, FedEx, or USPS Hotline to file a claim, or you can do it online. Your package comes insured by the USPS, FedEx, or USPS, and they are liable for misdelivered or stolen property in most cases.

EMERGENCY SITUATION

Order delivery can be delayed due to acts of nature: Koolezt store shall not be liable and will not issue any refund or credit if an order delivery is delayed due to causes beyond the shipping carrier's control, including, but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters or weather delays.
