We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2 – 5 business days of ordering and shipped the day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

As we ship from our global warehouses, orders may arrive anytime from 1-4 weeks* from the day of dispatch to reach you depending on where you are in the world. We advise you not to order if these times are not acceptable. 2) Damaged Items or Low-Quality
If you received a broken or low quality item, please inform us within 3 days of delivery, after that we do not exchange, replace or take returns on them. For the fastest resolution, please contact us via support@koolezt.com including a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We’ll send you replacements as soon as we confirmed the situation, no need to return the defective ones. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in the future.
3) The CUSTOM DESIGN/PERSONALIZED items has No-Return or Exchanges policy unless product is defected.
4) Wrong selections
We only accept exchange for first order on our website with the charge for shipping fee depend on the purchased items.
We typically do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
5) How to return an item
Please follow these instructions when completing a return or exchange:
1. Pack the unworn and unwashed items with email confirmation or original receipt – we cannot exchange or refund without it.
