Personalized and custom-design items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Because each piece is made to order, personalized returns carry a 15% restocking fee and return shipping is paid by the customer. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

If your item arrives damaged or of low quality, contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo showing the issue and we’ll send a replacement right away — no need to return the original.
