If you received a broken or low quality item, please inform us within 3 days of delivery, after that we do not exchange, replace or take returns on them. For the fastest resolution, please contact us via support@koolezt.com including a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We’ll send you replacements as soon as we confirmed the situation, no need to return the defective ones. 4) Wrong selections We only accept exchange for first order on our website with the charge for shipping fee depend on the purchased items.

We typically do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
