  We do not mass produce our products. It's on demand printing, so it can take 5-7 days to create.

  Quality is checked before and after printing. After the last quality check, it’s off to shipping, where it’s carefully packed and on its way to you.

• How to Order Two or More Products

  1. Order your first product and click continue shopping.

  2. Now select other Tee/Onesie and add names.

  3. Go to view cart when you are ready to order all.

  -- Please write names carefully as once the product is printed, it cannot be returned because of custom nature of product.

• Description

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2 – 5 business days of ordering and shipped the day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

Most orders are dispatched within 7-14 working days of ordering with the exception of orders made on weekends (Friday-Sunday), orders made over the weekend period will be dispatched on the next working day (Monday).

An email confirmation will be sent to the email address given on your order once the order has been dispatched.

As we ship from our global warehouses, orders may arrive anytime from 1-4 weeks* from the day of dispatch to reach you depending on where you are in the world. We advise you not to order if these times are not acceptable. If you have a tracking number sent to your email you can track your products to see the status or simply email us on support@koolezt.com and we can tell you the status of your order.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may be required to contact you for the update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise, the package we mail to you will be returned to us, or we will just ignore your request to save everyone the trouble.

1) Not Happy with Your Order

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us via email support@amazinked.com. Our customer service team will review your request and will send further instructions.

2) Damaged Items or Low-Quality

If you received a broken or low quality item, please inform us within 3 days of delivery, after that we do not exchange, replace or take returns on them. For the fastest resolution, please contact us via support@koolezt.com including a photograph demonstrating the poor quality or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We’ll send you replacements as soon as we confirmed the situation, no need to return the defective ones. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in the future.

3) The CUSTOM DESIGN/PERSONALIZED items has No-Return or Exchanges policy unless product is defected.

4) Wrong selections We only accept exchange for first order on our website with the charge for shipping fee depend on the purchased items.

We typically do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

5) How to return an item

Please follow these instructions when completing a return or exchange:

1. Pack the unworn and unwashed items with email confirmation or original receipt – we cannot exchange or refund without it.

2. Please write in detail which items you want exchanged.
